Renwell Tech Advisory provides specialized consultancy at the intersection of Applied Public Health and Sensory Equity. We serve leaders of deaf-centric organizations by architecting systems that prioritize linguistic parity and sensory-first performance.

Our DEI services move beyond generic training into "Sensory Equity," ensuring organizational cultures account for the phenomenological reality of deaf and CI-users. In Leadership and Coaching, we implement "Discipline Architectures"—proprietary frameworks designed to enhance metacognitive clarity and performance for executives managing complex health or tech initiatives.

For Strategic Planning and Organization Development, we utilize systems-engineering principles to audit communication pipelines, optimize Section 508 workflows, and minimize the "Cognitive Processing Tax" across the enterprise. As a Computer Science researcher and deaf SME, I provide a first-principles technical perspective that bridges the gap between institutional policy and human sensory reality, ensuring your infrastructure is as inclusive as your mission.

As a Deaf website designer with four years of experience, I specialize in creating accessible, user-friendly websites that prioritize inclusivity and communication access. My consulting services focus on helping deaf-centric organizations enhance their digital presence by ensuring their websites are not only visually appealing but also fully accessible to Deaf, hard of hearing, and signing communities.

I have worked closely with leaders of Deaf organizations to provide guidance on website structure, content accessibility, visual design, and ADA compliance. I bring firsthand cultural knowledge of Deaf communities, combined with strong technical skills in web design, to help organizations connect with their audiences effectively. My approach emphasizes collaboration, cultural competence, and practical strategies that align with the mission and goals of Deaf-centric organizations.
