Inner Alignment Leadership (IAL) provides individualized coaching and mentoring, professional development training, and retreat facilitation for leaders. Tiffany S. Williams, an ICF-certified coach, brings over 30 years of administrative experience across corporate, nonprofit, and international sectors, working both nationally and globally. She also brings more than 15 years of Board leadership experience. Tiffany holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Sport Administration and Technology from the International Academy of Sport Science and Technology at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. Passionate about leadership development, Tiffany focuses on supporting leaders in doing their inner work, strengthening alignment with their core values, and fostering authentic, values-driven leadership.
